Job responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the design and production specifications of the instrument, able to organize the production assembly, debugging, and testing of the system after guidance and training, monitor the quality during the system production process, and provide improvement suggestions;
2. Master the working principle of relevant instruments and equipment, and be able to analyze the causes of equipment failures during assembly and debugging;
3. Proficient in mastering the BOM, configuration, performance parameters, etc. of the system, and familiar with the functional purposes of each product;
4. Able to collaborate with the technical center and product department to design, review, and optimize system level products;
5. Control the project plan, track and control the project process, and meet customer requirements;
6. Verify the principle, functionality, and friendliness of non-standard products;
7. Solve progress and technical issues encountered during project execution, organize cross departmental communication, and provide phased reports;
8. Able to conduct scheme evaluation and propose bottlenecks, risks, and required technical support for scheme execution;
9. Able to make reasonable and effective work arrangements under emergency production deadlines;
10. Assist department heads in completing daily project management, recording, maintaining, and updating project related documents;
11. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in physics, microelectronics, semiconductors, and other related fields, with a solid foundation in physics and material growth;
2. Those who are familiar with professional knowledge such as ultra-high vacuum systems and thin film material growth are preferred;
3. Candidates with experience in semiconductor epitaxial material growth and chip production are preferred;
4. Priority given to those with experience in using and maintaining precision scientific instruments;
5. Strong English reading and writing skills, able to independently search and learn English related literature;
6. Possess strong systematic thinking and logical analysis abilities, adept at analyzing and solving problems;
7. Have a strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work style, and a strong sense of teamwork;
